Face Lift

Neck Lift
A Neck Lift is generally performed as part of a facelift. However, in some instances, particularly when there is early neck aging (often due to genetics), a neck lift may be done without a facelift.
Eyelid Surgery
Eyelid Surgery is designed to erase years from the eye area, whether that be sagging in the upper lids, bulging in the lower lids, or both. Some patients decide to pair eyelid surgery with a facelift, although it is often performed alone.
Rhinoplasty

Revision Rhinoplasty
Patients dissatisfied with a previous rhinoplasty surgery have found satisfaction with Dr. Gerut’s Revision Rhinoplasty results. Revision rhinoplasty, (AKA secondary rhinoplasty) is generally more difficult than a patient’s first rhinoplasty, as there is scar tissue to contend with. Forehead / Brow Lift
A Forehead Lift, also known as a Brow Lift, is a plastic surgery procedure to elevate a sagging forehead and brow area. Although injections of Botox® can eliminate or minimize wrinkling in the forehead, it cannot solve the sagging that develops with aging.
Chin Augmentation
Chin Augmentation is quite often added to a rhinoplasty procedure, as many nose job patients have a receding chin. Chin augmentation is a fairly simple procedure that can provide patients with beautiful, permanent results.
